Well, after much thought, I would say the coin was issued in 1973, being the 500th anniversary of Copernicus' birth. Probably 5 Dm, and it looks remarkably like Reinhart Heinsdorff's work.

Naturally, I cheated.

So what was your last coin of the year...?

Well, I was hoping it would be a parcel with the 1 oz Lost Tigers of Cambodia and the Samoan Pacific Mermaid, but it has only just reached the Langley Distribution Centre and I won't get it now before next week. Accordingly, my last coins were actually rounds: the Silver Shield Sacred Geometry Divine Spark and Tetragrammaton and Osiris in the Egyptian Gods series from Provident Metals/Silvertowne.

At lease you know where it is. 

That is a good thing. Keep a eye on it to make sure it does not stay in one place for more than 4 days. 


PS My last coin of the year was My Canadian 1oz snowmen  I featured. And my boys last coin of the year was the Santa and Rudolf. 

Those were the last coins I received for 2021, however I have to say I did also have a very close ( minutes apart ) second. That coin will be reviewed but you can see it was from my Secret Santa, a Lovely if I do say so Robinhood coin. Yep sit down and breath now.
