Christmas Coin List? Empty Christmas Coin List?

Thu Aug 18, 2022 11:10 pm
Interested to know if anyone plans to treat themselves or someone else this Christmas with a certain coin?

I’ve told the wife I would love a 5oz Armenian Noah’s Ark to which she looked completely puzzled!

Be interested to know what is top of everyone’s wish list?

I like the queens beast coins, they are the best of the UK modern coins in my opinion.

I prefer for the UK the Una and Lion.

But The Queen's Beast are a close second.

I think I would add my first gold coin. So it would have to be a 10th ounce in one of the big 5 designs.

Is that the East India Company Una? I love their coins. From the Royal Mint, though, it's the Queen's Beasts for me. I have an extra set of the 10 oz which I will sell at an exorbitant price when you're ready to collect them @Admin . Or swap for the Royal Tudor Beasts 10 oz.

On to the real question in this thread - Christmas - I don't think I'll be treating myself specifically since I've been doing that all year. TCF wouldn't know where to start looking, so it's probably slippers and a pack of vacuum cleaner bags as usual. santa lol!

However, I have the red/gold Phoenix for one of my nephews, who got the gold Dragon last year, and the Three Graces bar for the other one, to go with Una and the Lion. I've also got a set of the Anonymous Mint Nordic Creatures rounds in copper, which should go down well.

Great question. Hmmm….I’d like a quarter ounce gold American Eagle. The new design.

I might have to buy one. If the Beak looks that good on the coin, it will be a stunning coin.

hmmm Now searching.
