Rules Please Read

Rules are as followed and to be updated as required.  Please do not post offensive material, this includes porn, harming of any type.  Pre sales are not authorised or allowed on this site.  I am not liable the quality of goods or vendor's actions. I will take appropriate actions if necessary.  Firearms sales are NOT allowed.  Self promotion such as posting a link on YouTube are allowed but spamming constantly are strictly forbidden.  Posting external links are allowed but please if in doubt ask me. TPMF is your forum as much as mine. I encourage members from different groups to interact and share information. Again no spamming! Please put a price in your for sale listing. If in doubt use the General Section for queries about prices on a specific item.  Hate, Racism, and Bullying are taken Very Serious. Anyone who is found doing this will be reported and their IP address will be sent to the police. I can not stress that this is a CRIME and as admin I MUST act on such abuse.  Stay legal! Do not post ways to avoid customs, or send items which are prohibited in areas.  All information on the precious metal forum is the property of the precious metal forum. Only where appropriate will it be removed by a moderator or myself. We will also remove information where applicable should we be asked, and where it does not interrupt the flow of the forum.  Be cautions of what you post, putting your telephone number in a thread might show in a google search.  Keep transactions on the forum, and use the private message system for details such as PayPal or bank transfer. And use your discretion about who you are buying from. I suggest Service and Goods, but appreciate that many will use friends and family. This is at your own risk, so please be warned.
Forum Rules No Spam / Advertising / Self-promotion in the forums   This forums define spam as unsolicited advertisement for goods, services and/or other web sites, or posts with little, or completely unrelated content.
Do not spam the forums with links to your site or product, or try to self-promote your website, business or forums etc.   Please if you are a business ask or a hobbyist like me. Spamming also includes sending private messages to a large number of different users. Do not post copyright-infringing material Providing or asking for information on how to illegally obtain copyrighted materials is forbidden.
Do not post “offensive” posts, links or images Any material which constitutes defamation, harassment, or abuse is strictly prohibited. Material that is sexually or otherwise obscene, racist, or otherwise overly discriminatory is not permitted on these forums. This includes user pictures. Use common sense while posting.
Do not PM users asking for help Do not send private messages to any users asking for help. If you need help, make a new thread in the appropriate forum then the whole community can help and benefit.
Remain respectful of other members at all times All posts should be professional and courteous. You have every right to disagree with your fellow community members and explain your perspective. However, you are not free to attack, degrade, insult, or otherwise belittle them or the quality of this community. It does not matter what title or power you hold in these forums, you are expected to obey this rule.
General Posting Guidelines Please use SEARCH first! There is a pretty good chance that unless you have some really odd or unique problem that it has been addressed on our forum before, please use the forum’s search feature first to see if there are already some good threads on the subject. It’s easy to search – just click the “Search” button at the top left of the page.    
General Forum Questions      Am I allowed more than one account?           No, there is no reason why you should have more than one account.. If you are banned from the forums, please do not create a new account. If you continue to create new accounts after you have been banned, your IP address will be blocked from the forums.
What happens if I break a rule? If you break a rule, then you will either be warned or banned. A ban of your user account may either be temporary or permanent. The administrators and moderators also have the right to edit, delete, move or close any thread or post as they see necessary, without prior warning. What happens if I see a thread/post which has broken a rule?
Please report the thread/post to the moderators or admin.

Your Data, Your protection.  This is a new rule that has come to light and will help dismiss any confusion. Whilst we have no problem with you providing details on the forum, please remember it is your details that could be used in the world wide web! So I suggest you keep most private. Such as only using your first name, Do not post your email on here, only send that in a PM ( private message ) if you were selling or buying something. Do not post your telephone number on the forum either! Admin and the Moderator team will edit any posts on the first instance encase you done this by mistake. We will substitute it with XXX.  You can decide but we are here to help. We will always pm you and let you know we edited a post. If you are wanting your name or details on, than you can edit your post again, we are only doing this to help you, and keep you safe.

Rules regarding Pre-Sales. 

No presales shall occur on this site.   TPMF do not allow or authorise any presales by any individual or vendor. 

Vendors can share the upcoming coins, bars, or bullion in the General Silver or appropriate section that it would fall in. 

If vendors are seen to be taking presales or asking for orders ( with or without funds first ) they shall be given a warning. 

No exceptions! We welcome you to list the items you are getting in and encourage this. Trying to find a loop hole around this system will result in a temporary ban, if persistent it will further escalate to a permeant ban.
