Silver and gold breaking out? Empty Silver and gold breaking out?

Sun Dec 04, 2022 9:05 pm
Spot prices are up,
Various market analysis are expecting a price run upto 20%,

Without wanting to sound negative, this is surely gold and silver simply adjusting for inflation?
It’s been bizarre they both haven’t adjusted for inflation until this point and the prices went down this year, hopefully they can regain and move up .

I think a lot of money is moving from crypto to gold too with FTX collapsing and negative sentiment towards crypto

"The total market capitalization of the global cryptocurrency market peaked at over $2.9 trillion in November 2021. As of the end of 2022, that market cap now stands at just $798 billion."
https://www.forbes.com/advisor/investing/cryptocurrency/crypto-market-outlook-forecast/

Obviously a lot of the drop was from crypto prices collapsing or vaporizing, but I think some of the above has moved towards gold in Q4 2022.

If crypto did fully collapse (Bitcoin and ethereum)  then would some of that money and interest in non Fiat currencies end up in gold and silver? I think so.
I don’t see crypto collapsing, I can actually see the main currency’s Bitcoin and ethereum rising in a bumpy manner,
