Court Case in a hours time.

I go back to court in 1 hour. So as of now I am sound and visual checking my equipment. I am feeling anxious as one does. But I already won the dang court case. I am just now trying to hold the defendant accountable and get my money.
She will be IN the court room whilst I get to stay home, due to my disability.

She will have to stand and answer questions set forth by me and the judge. I am pretty sure she does not know why she must attend ... IE my written response which is good. She will have to think on the spot and get challenged for it by me who is fully prepared.

At this point I am just sick of the courts, as they made a mistake by not submitting my reply, but now that goes in my favour. I shall update you all later today or tomorrow depending on how I am feeling.

I just feel like everything, the nice guys / gals finish last.... And I can not stop myself from trusting people. If I do I will loose all the faith I have in the world. How and when I grew up ... well your word was your bond. Now it just seems soo many people are trying to steal, or take your money away from you with no regards to honesty and trust. Lies and manupilation are common and dare I say being woke is a apart of todays generation. I feel beyond old at this point and no way am I saying everyone is like this. But once caught people tend to cry and think they are being bullied. WTF. Do people know what it is really like to be bullied? I am just old and of a generation that we would deal with this face to face. And yes I am restraining myself from going there face to face.

So my rant is over for now.

Court went ok. I was pushing for a higher sum to have her pay for the debt within 2 years ( yes that me being logical about the situation. )
The Judge questioned her actual finances and dismissed her trying to pay £10 per month.. which no judge could sign off on anyway. Reasonable time!
I got about £30ish less than I wanted per month so it will take her 34 months to pay the debt off. If she fails to do this I have other avenues to go down. She tried playing victim but the judge ( a NEW one might I add) was not having any of it.

This judge seemed to know what she was on about and was very direct to the defendant. IE keep your answers short.. Yes No. LOL

So I will eventually / Hopefully get my money back. It will take time but who knows. Thank you all for the kind words and support.
